Refund and Transfer Policy

We understand plans can change. If you are unable to attend the conference, we’ll do our best to support you. Please read this policy in full, then complete the form to request a refund or transfer.

All refunds and transfers for ONA23: Philadelphia registrations or OJA tickets must be requested by Friday, Aug. 11.

All refunds and transfers for ONA23: Onward-only registrations must be requested by Friday, Sept. 22.

You will have the option to receive a credit for ONA24 or a refund. After those dates, we will work to accommodate medical or health emergencies, including COVID-19 exposure, upon request.

Non-attendance does not constitute a cancellation.

Through July 14, there is no fee for any ONA23: Philadelphia registration or OJA ticket refund or transfer. Starting July 15, registration refunds and transfers requested for non-student attendees will incur a $75 administrative fee and OJA ticket refunds and transfers requested for non-student attendees will incur a $20 administrative fee.

Through Sept. 20, there is no fee for any ONA23: Onward-only registration or refund or transfer. Starting Sept. 21, registration refunds and transfer requested for non-student attendees will incur a $25 administrative fee.

For students, there is no fee for any registration or OJA ticket refund or transfer requested at any time.

Registrations or OJA tickets purchased at an ONA member rate may only be transferred to another ONA member. If not already a member, the prospective attendee should join ONA before the transfer is requested. Membership fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.

If ONA has to move the conference fully online, we will convert ONA23: Philadelphia passes to virtual passes and refund the difference relative to the original purchase.

If ONA has to cancel the conference entirely due to unexpected circumstances that prevent ONA from continuing with the event, we will refund all registrations.
