One of the toughest challenges when starting your career is setting boundaries and being heard by senior leaders. This session will be focused on tips for managing your time and workflow, making sure you give yourself a break, and ensuring managers are listening to your ideas, big and small.
A portion of this workshop will include looking at information online; all participants are encouraged to bring a device (laptop or tablet preferred, but a phone will work). Please note electric outlets in conference spaces are limited; it's better to have your device charged and ready!
