As a passionate media executive, I am dedicated to driving transformative change in journalism, focused on rebuilding community trust, innovating our business model, and championing diversity, equity, and inclusion.

I lead The Center for Public Integrity, a distinguished and inclusive investigative non-profit organization, as CEO. With a mission to expose systemic inequality, my role is to hold powerful interests accountable and empower the public with knowledge to fuel positive community changes.

In my previous role, I successfully managed a $50 million investment portfolio at the Knight Foundation. My efforts were centered on scaling AI, fostering business sustainability solutions, and combating misinformation. Through strategic resource allocation, I played a pivotal role in driving advancements in these critical areas.

With over two decades of experience, I have remained at the forefront of leading digital transformation initiatives. My innovative work includes pioneering artificial intelligence, VR/AR, and digital training programs. Throughout my career, I have assembled and led cross-functional teams of managers, journalists, technologists, data scientists, and designers. Notably, I have held leadership positions at esteemed media outlets, such as NBC News Digital, The Associated Press, The Miami Herald, and The Wall Street Journal.

In addition to my professional endeavors, I actively contribute to the betterment of my communities. Currently, I serve on the board of the Center for Disaster Philanthropy, a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the effectiveness of philanthropic responses to disasters and humanitarian crises. Furthermore, I co-lead the executive leadership program of the Asian American Journalists Association, fostering diverse journalism leaders in the United States and Asia.

My deep-seated passion lies in making a meaningful impact, driving positive change, and championing integrity within our society. Let's connect and collaborate to create a better future together.
