It wouldn’t be an ONA conference without a big party! Join new and old friends for a delightful evening of music and tasty treats at the ONA23 Welcome Party on Thursday, Aug. 24, at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown.
The party will start with a Sip and See reception in Franklin Hall (Fourth Floor), home of the ONA23 Midway. Enjoy drinks and light appetizers as you catch up with other attendees. Plus, experience the uniquely Philly sounds of Brassanity Hornz Band. This horn section, founded by trumpeter Kevin D. Woods, has been featured on gospel singer Tye Tribbett’s song “Get Up.” A live performance of that song was released by the Recording Academy (which awards the Grammys) in their Positive Vibes Only campaign.

The evening will continue in the Grand Ballroom (Fifth Floor) with a tour of the flavors of Philadelphia, from South Philly-style Italian hoagies to West Philly’s Caribbean bites. And yes, there will be water ice!
Plus, we’re thrilled to present music from THE FRIDGE, a collective of local musicians within the SNACKTIME musical group. They have performed for the Phillies, Sixers and the Union. THE FRIDGE is sure to entertain attendees with their cool, funky tunes.
We’ll also have a 360-degree photo booth – the perfect place to take your ONA23 souvenir photo!
